    A few years after college, I joined Advantus as a Marketing Coordinator. After participating in the Advantus Professional Development Program, I was exposed and gained hands-on knowledge in a variety of other areas of the business. This allowed me to advance quickly into a Business Manager, then Marketing Manager and eventually into my current role as a Senior Process Manager.
